Valerie passed away at her home in Bangor at 6:37am holding her daughter's hand.

Val was pre-deceased by her Mother Theresa Godreau Pelkey, Father Lewis Pelkey, Brothers: Ray Pelkey, Robert Pelkey, Gary Pelkey, and Terry Pelkey, and sister Bonnie Wilson.

Val left behind her only daughter Kyra Pelkey Kimball, granddaughters Kaitlynn Brown and Madyson Kimball, Grandson's Zachary Brown and Maddox Kimball. Val also had 5 great grandchildren including Addison Brown, Luna Brown, Asher Libby, Nova Libby, and Keyler Libby. Val also left behind her sisters Donna Boudreau, Willa Pelkey, and Cindy Swazey, as well as brothers Bruce Pelkey and Alfred Pelkey. Valerie also left MANY nieces and nephews behind as well.

Val was such a beautiful human being who loved everyone so much and would give the shirt off her own back for anyone in need. If anyone needed help with just about anything, not only would she help but she would get members of the family to help as well. She loved her mother Theresa intensely as well as her only child Kyra. Her grand children and great grand children were her favorite human beings in the world.

We will be having a grave side memorial on 05/16/2025 at 10am and then immediately following there will be a celebration of life at 81 Beech Grove rd., Corinth.
