Hermon - Therese Chasse, age 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Bangor, Maine. She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on May 29, 1933.
Therese was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed spending time on her tablet and all activities, especially bingo at Solstice Senior Living, where she lived.
Preceded in death by her parents, Alex Roussel and Marie Anne (Plourde) Roussel; first husband, Herby Daigle; second husband, Lionel Chasse of Madawaska, Maine; siblings, Lucien Roussel, Albert Roussel, Mona Corbin, Flo Aubut, Renaud Roussel, Annette St-Onge, Yvette Laporte, Anita Pelletier, Aline Michaud, and Rita Smith.
She is survived by son, Danny Daigle and partner, Miles Gauntt, of Delray Beach, Florida; son, Richard Chasse and his wife, Sue, of Hermon, Maine; daughter, Lisa and her husband, John Charles Feydt IV of Sunrise, Florida; her sister, Nicole and her husband, Richard Condon, of Newington, Connecticut; three granddaughters, Alexis Ferrarelli and her husband, Richard Ferrarelli, of Sunrise, Florida, Amber and Gabryelle Chasse, of Hermon, Maine; several nieces and nephews; best friends, Francis Thayer, Priscilla Pelletier and Laura Smith, of Hermon, Maine.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 768 Ohio St., Bangor, followed by the Rite of Committal at Mt.
