Tammy Drapeau, 61, passed away on November 29, 2023, at her home in Athens, Maine. She was born on February 25, 1962 to Robert and Marilyn (Cope) Barker.
Tammy was the heart and soul of her family, and she loved them all dearly. She enjoyed writing, singing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Tammy was a strong woman who had gone through many struggles in her life from family deaths to her courageous battle with her illness. Through it all, she kept her family laughing. She had a heart of gold and will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Tammy was predeceased by her husband, Victor Drapeau; her best friend, John Wright; children, Jennifer Wright and John Wright Jr. She is survived by her children, Tricia Wright and her children, Aleah, Omar, Johnathan, and Vivica; Amanda Wright and her fiancé and children, Samantha Wright and her fiancé and children, Jessica Wright and her boyfriend and children, as well as many siblings, aunts, uncles, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
