Rose Murphy

GLENBURN – Rose Marie Murphy, 66, died peacefully in the care of her family December 8, 2020, after a seven-year battle with cancer. She was born May 12, 1954, in Machias, ME, the daughter of Gordon and Bernice (Armstrong) Farris.
Rose was a Bangor High School graduate. Following graduation, she attended Beal College. She worked over 20 years for Anzac as a supervisor.
By those closest, she is remembered for her notebooks full of poetry, her dream was to publish these books one day. Rose also had a great love for music and was often singing with contagious enthusiasm.
In addition to her father, Rose was predeceased by her brother, Randy; and grandson, Jayden Hustus. In addition to her mother, Rose is survived by her daughters, Lisa and her husband, Aaron Dudley, Jamie and her husband, Ben Emerson; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Kimberlee, Dillon, Andrew, Dawson, Seth, Jordan, Joshua, Timothy and Jackson; great-grandchildren, Riley and Addison; brothers, Rex Farris, David Farris and his wife, Joanna; and sister, Lisa DesIsles.
