Paul Brown, born on May 27, 1944, to Maxwell and Hazel Brown, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2024, at the age of 80.
Paul was predeceased by his sister Mickey. He is survived by his brothers Max and Gary, and sisters Ann, Joan and Linda. He leaves behind his four loving sons: Dean and his wife Lisa, Jasen, David and his wife Kiyoe, and Matthew. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. He was a cherished father figure to many, including Caitlin Dubbs.
A proud veteran, Paul honorably served his country for eight years and carried his patriotism and sense of duty with him throughout his life. For the past decade, Paul resided at the VA Nursing Home in Bangor, where he received exceptional care. His family is deeply grateful to the dedicated staff who treated him with kindness and compassion.
Paul will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his service to his country, and the profound impact he had on those who knew him.
A service to honor Paul’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a veterans’ organization of your choice in Paul’s memory.
