Marie (Watson) Bacon 73, passed away January 14, 2018, after a brief illness. She was born June 9, 1944, in Veazie, the daughter of George and Marion (Hewes) Watson.
Marie graduated from Bangor High School, class of 1963. Following graduation Marie went directly to work for Burr printing, later moving to Jiffy print, and lastly Bacon printing.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Marie is survived by her daughter, Gena Bacon, her son, Randy Bacon, both of Veazie; a sister, Josie Samiya, and her husband Mike, of Veazie; as well as many nieces and nephews.
At her request, services will be private. Gifts in Marie’s memory may be sent in support of the family to Gena Bacon, 1033 Olive St. Veazie, ME 04401. Condolences to the family may be expressed at Memorial-Alternatives.com.
