Bangor – Margaret Minola McInnis, 96, of Bangor passed away on May 24, 2016. She was born June 26, 1919 in Hermon, Maine, daughter of Joseph Fred and Minola Libby McInnis.
Margaret grew up at Ripogenus in Piscataquis County, graduated from Maine Central Institute in 1937 and went on to graduate from Maine School of Commerce (now Husson University). She enjoyed working for Eaton, Peabody, Bradford and Veague law office for over 50 years.
Margaret’s main focus was her family. Her caring love and dedicated service to her family and friends will be remembered always.
Margaret was a faithful member of the Glad Tidings Church in Bangor.
She was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Joseph Fred McInnis, her sister, Goldie M Phillips, and a foster son, Robert Crossman. She is survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
