FRANKFORT - Laura Marie (Mattson)Harriman, 36, passed away unexpectedly Sunday May 5, 2024.
Laura was born in Greenfield, MA. on February 25, 1988 to Danielle (Mattson) Oertel. She attended schools in Athol and graduated from Athol High School Class of 2006. She held several jobs in the Orange area before moving to Maine in 2012.
On November 17, 2012. Laura married Richard Harriman. But the truest love would find Laura on January 6, 2013 with the birth of her son, Peter. Laura loved family gatherings and traditions where her silly side and bright smile would shine. Her absolute joy was spending time with her children.
Laura is survived by her husband, Richard; her son, Peter; step children, Hayleigh, Chase, Lilyanne, and Charlie; grandparents, Paula and Wayne Mattson of Wendell; mother and stepfather, Danielle and Henry Oertel; brother, Michael Mattson; sister, Victoria Oertel, all of Orange; and father, Peter and Jeanine Moon of Ft. McCoy, Florida. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
