Millinocket – Judith Ann Robbins, 74, died October 10, 2015, at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. She was born October 1, 1941 in Millinocket, the daughter of James E. and Delphine R. (Guillow) Lapoint.
Judith grew up in Millinocket and was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. She loved fly fishing and snow sledding. Until recently she and her husband, Larry, spent their time traveling with their camper throughout Canada and the United States.
In addition to her parents, Judith was predeceased by a sister, Cynthia Murphy, and a brother, Leonard Lapoint. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Larry Robbins; 2 daughters Lorrie Voisine and her husband Rolland; Julie Leet and significant other Norbert Freund; 6 grandchildren; Kristin, Heather, and Brian Leet; Jessica Lanphere-Charronsmith and husband Ryland; Joseph Voisine and Heather Hagerty; a brother James Lapoint; a sister-in-law Gail Lapoint; favorite ex son in law Leonard Leet; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be private for the family. Those who wish to remember Judith in a special way may make gifts in her memory to the American Legion Post Auxiliary #80, 970 Central St., Millinocket, ME, 04462.
