BREWER – Glendon Keith Peters, 88, passed away September 9, 2021, at a Brewer nursing home. He was born November 27, 1932, in Island Falls, the son of Ronald and Rose (Garbison) Peters.
Glen went to Island Falls and Patten schools. He worked at the local saw mills much of his adult life. He was a very social person. No matter where he went, he always knew someone. He enjoyed bowling and had been involved in several bowling leagues, car races, camping, and most of all, music. Glen was very knowledgable regarding singers’ names, dates, and the titles to their songs. He also loved his cat, Midnight very much.
In addition to his parents, Glen was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Dorothy Peters, of St, Albans.
At the family’s request, services will be private due to COVID-19. Glen’s final resting place will be next to his wife at Pittsfield Village Cemetery.
