BANGOR, MAINE - Frederick Wayne Chick, 36, passed away unexpectedly at his home on October 31, 2024. He was born on September 13, 1988, in Bangor, Maine, the son of Roxanne (Chick) Dematteo.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his two sisters, Kim Henderson and her partner, Alpha, from Kentucky, and Kelly Henderson and her boyfriend, Chris, from Milford, Maine; a special brother, Allen “PeeWee” Henderson; three nephews, Dustin, TJ, and Allen “AJ” Henderson Jr.; two nieces, Faith and Abbie known as “Ria”; three aunts; Linda, Debbie and Sandy; many cousins, including two special cousins, Kevin and Tracie and very special friends, Sean and Sam. Frederick was predeceased by his maternal grandparents and his cousin, Bubba.
Join us as we come together and celebrate the life of Frederick Wayne Chick with a service provided by Salvation Army Corps, 65 South Park Street, Bangor, Maine and light refreshments after on Wednesday, November 6th from 2-5 pm.
