TROY – Elisabeth Wright, 70, died peacefully May 21 (on her mother’s birthday), 2024, at a Bangor hospital.
Elisabeth was born in Scotland and immigrated to America at the age of 14 along with her parents and siblings. Throughout her career she handled an answering service for many businesses which she loved doing. Her other passion was caretaking which led her to take care of her mother, father, and stepmother, Janet Nicholas Davies, until their passings. Her daughter, Nicole and grandsons, Connor and Dylan had the opportunity to take care of her the last few years of her life and enjoyed many special moments because she was very loving to anyone who knew her. Taking care of her was a blessing for us. The family extends a special thanks to Connor and Dylan for always being there for their grandmother she was their world, and she was theirs. Another special thanks to Kelly Neufell, her granddaughter for all of her support.
In addition to her parents, Elisabeth was predeceased by her sisters, Sarah and Jackie. Surviving, are her brother, Jeremy; children, Nicole, Stacey, Sherri Anne and Joe; grandkids, Dylan, Connor, Samantha, Felicity, Willow, Arya, Kelly, Sean, Tricia, Joey, Ethan and Lexi; and many nieces and nephews and other family.
