LaGRANGE and HAMPDEN
Dianne Lynn Cook, 55, died after a long illness July 21, 2020 at a Bangor Hospital with her mother by her side.

Dianne was predeceased by her infant daughter Megan Lynn Brackett, her father Thale Brackett Sr. and her brother Thale Brackett Jr.

Dianne is survived by her mother, Cynthia Brackett, of Hampden and her two sisters, Roxanne Stewart and her husband, Bradley, of LaGrange, Leanne Gerrish and husband, Rick, of Brownville.
She will always be remembered and loved as “Auntie Di” to her nieces and nephews; Crystal, Chad, Faith, Devon, Emily, Abby, Khya and Austin. She was “Mamma” to Jordan and Saphira Cook.
She was also loved by the many children she cared for in her home Billy, Raymond, Michael, Nick, and Stephanie.
She is remembered by two special aunts, Belinda Shepard and Dotty Gerrish and a special uncle, Mike King. A special childhood and lifelong friend, Melanie Stanley.
She worked for J D’Amelia and Associates as a Senior Housing Coordinator in New Haven Connecticut until she became unable to work.
Dianne loved to cook and made delicious meals. She loved to feed people especially loved to give out her Christmas cookies. She enjoyed making gifts for people and could make something beautiful out of anything.
Diane was blessing to her family and will be forever missed.
A graveside will be held 11am Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Hillcrest Cemetery, LaGrange.
Family and friends are invited to gather after her family home in LaGrange following the service
