Conrad Bulley

December 31, 1969 — December 3, 2023

Conrad Bulley, 81, died at home, in his sleep, the morning of December 3, 2023, with his devoted wife Yolanda by his side. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut on August 11, 1942. He was the first born son of Granville Bulley and Elfreda Rodgerson. He had 4 siblings, Neal, David, Jerry, and Leo. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Neal.

Conrad graduated from Sherman High School in 1960. In 1962, he joined the U.S. Army and after his honorable service, he returned home and resumed working for the Great Northern Paper Company. He worked hard to become a Maine licensed industrial electrician and worked for GNP for 40 years. To say he was a wonderful man is a gross understatement. He lived to please and to love the many people who loved him. Yolanda assumed the responsibility of “social director” early in their marriage of 54 years and he would come home from work and ask, “What are we doing today?” In 1980, after the birth of their son Luke, they purchased a modest little “camp” which they promptly named The Frog Pond. Many wonderful memories were created in this idyllic little spot. ALL were welcomed and much joy shared while swimming, water skiing, tubing, hiking, mountain climbing, and enjoying other outdoor sports. It was also a fun spot to play Bridge, Pinochle, Euchre, Cribbage, and board games, all while enjoying a beverage.

Conrad is survived by wife Yolanda, son Luke and wife Cindy, 3 brothers, 8 nephews and nieces, and many other wonderful relatives and friends, especially Seth and Andrea Dickerson and their 3 boys whom Conrad greatly loved. The family has elected to delay a celebration of life until late Spring 2024. Condolences to the family may be expressed at SimpleCremationofMaine.com.
