BREWER - Carolyn “Eskimo” Scripture, 73, passed away on July 6, 2019 surrounded by her family. Her beautiful music will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy-Lee Bond of Florida; grandchildren, Elizabeth Dowling, Kevin Morse of Orrington, Samantha Wilson and her husband, Justin of Kentucky, Justin Dowling, and Haley Bretz of Indiana; great-grandchildren, Jedidiah, Sophia, Jaxson, Liam, Jaiden, Cameron, Elijah, and Jace; sisters, Jean Scripture, Sheila Lewia and her husband, Jacky; sister-in-law, Francis Scripture; several nieces and a nephew; and several great-nephews, and a great-niece. In addition to her parents, Merle and Florence (Jellison) Scripture, Carolyn was predeceased by her three brothers; and a great-grandson, Kayden Morse.
The family invites relatives and friends to a celebration of life taking place from 6-8 pm, Thursday, July 11, 2019 at City Side Restaurant, 393 North Main St., Brewer. A graveside service will take place at 1 pm, Friday, July 12, 2019 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hermon. Condolences to the family may be expressed at Memorial-Alternatives.com
